Approved for equipments requiring HFAE type fluids, it offers excellent lubricity, microbial resistance, and notable fire resistance properties. With low foaming tendencies and a stable emulsion, it delivers reliable performance across a wide temperature range (-5 °C to 55 °C). While it exhibits higher density than HLP fluids, resulting in lower pump intake pressures, it is important to optimize flow and intake conditions to minimize cavitation tendencies. Our water-glycol based aqueous polymer solutions are formulated to provide exceptional fire resistance and hydraulic properties. With a minimum water content of 35%, they offer superior resistance to ignition and combustion, even at high temperatures up to 600 °C. These fluids demonstrate excellent performance within ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to +65°C and pressures up to 250 bar (3500 psi). It's important to maintain a stable ratio of water to glycol when using these fluids to prevent viscosity changes caused by water evaporation at elevated temperatures (100 °C).
